If we had been more experience, or not tried to create the perfect atmosphere for our coffee shop we could have been open in two weeks, and twenty- five thousand dollars less in debt. Of course we would have looked like a typical chain coffee shop, only with higher quality coffee.
Would the coffee quality and taste been enough to make up for lack of atmosphere, or the fact that two other shops failed at that location? I think so. Would the money saved have been enough to keep us I business and help the business succeed? Probably. Would I still be running a coffee shop today? I would like to think so.
