Hello. We have built this website to share the events and elements of our lives which we think are interesting or important enough to share with our friends and family.
A personal website allows us, in a limited and distanced way, to fulfill our wishes that "so-and-so could be there to see this such-and-such." If you are the so-and-so in question, hopefully our pictures and words will be able to give you a glimpse into what made us think about you when the such-and-such was happening.
Although it's often very difficult to hop in the car or onto a plane and visit us in person, and it's even harder sometimes to get us on the phone (sorry, mom, I'll call you real soon...), you can visit us here. Well, actually you can visit a series of colored pixels which, arranged in a particular order, represent us.
